DTC Bus Pass Will Be Created Online

Now Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus pass will be delivered at your home, it’s a new initiative taken by the Delhi government and it transport department that your bus pass will be created online and it will be delivered in next five working days at your home. This initiative has named as “Door Step Delivery of Services” by Delhi government. For this process, Delhi Transport Corporation is taking a trial of software which will create online bus passes.

Initially, this facility will be available for only to those candidates who will apply for a general bus pass. Reserved category bus passes will be created manually at DTC bus pass making centres. For student category, DTC bus pass creation students have to get attested their needed documents from their college. Senior citizens age certification attestation process is in pipeline, In second round reserved category bus passes online creation facility will be available.

Steps To Create Online Bus Pass:

Step No1: Online bus pass creation link will be available at DTC website www.delhi.gov.in

Step No2: Then-candidate has to fill his basic details like name, address, contact details.

Step No3: After filling up basic details candidate has to upload his photograph.

Step No4: In last step candidate has to submit his bus pass creation fees online.

These will be the basic steps to create a bus pass online on Delhi government transport department website, after completion of online details submission for bus pass candidate has to wait for next five working days, his bus pass will be delivered at his home within next five working days. If anybody's form is rejected then it will be given information through MMS or Phone.

RTO services going to be online

“All RTO Services Are Going To Be Online From 1^st Oct 2018”

All RTO services in all 13 regional transport offices in Delhi are going to be digitalized from 1^st October 2018. All RTO services will become “E-RTO” services. RTO is that firm who maintained a data records of drivers for various states of India. RTO services like getting a driving licence or to transfer a vehicle registration certificate (RC) will be online after 1^st October 2018. Even if any person wants to visit RTO office then he has to take a prior online appointment to meet officials at RTO office in Delhi.

In the year 2017 Delhi RTO offices were identified guards of cars who entering various Indian states and handling a workload of approx. 7 lakh vehicle-related files and over 10 lakhs people get their driving licence, during 2017 more than 5 lakh learning driving licence and approximately 2.5 lakh permanent driving licence was issued to people.

After doing all RTO services online it will reduce the workload of RTO offices and it will also reduce the visit of people to RTO offices because they have to book a prior appointment before going to RTO office.

For those people who don’t have any access of internet or who are not able to use internet RTO department will provide a helpdesk to those at the entry points of all RTO offices. These helpdesks will be managed by the trained people of Delhi Multi-modal transit Department (DIMTS) which will charge Rs60 for filling up the online form of RTO services.
